These terms cover your use of Open Open. By using the app, you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

Using Open Open

You need to be at least 18 to use Open Open. Keep your account to yourself, and use your real name so your friends know it's you.

Be good to each other

Only invite people you know, and don't use Open Open to spam, harass or mislead anyone. We may close accounts that do.

Your plans

Open Open suggests times and places, but you decide where to go and who to meet. You're responsible for your own plans and for getting there safely.

Your information

What you add to Open Open stays yours. You let us use it to run the app, as described in our Privacy Policy. If you connect Google, you can disconnect at any time.

An early product

Open Open is new and still changing. We may add, change or remove features, and things may sometimes not work as expected. The app is provided as is, without guarantees. To the extent the law allows, Open Open isn't responsible for indirect losses, such as a missed or cancelled plan.

Leaving

You can stop using Open Open at any time. To delete your account, email us. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Changes

If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we'll let you know in the app or by email.

The law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
